One of several things could be the cause of your login problems:
Account not activated
You can only log in to eMS when your account has been activated. After registration in eMS, you should receive an automatic e-mail from eMS with a link to activate your account. If you do not receive this e-mail within a few minutes, this can be due to the fact that your spam filter or IT system has blocked the eMS message. Secondly, it could be that you misspelled your e-mail address when registering.
If you have NOT received an activation e-mail, please log a ticket and the SEUPB will activate your account manually.
If your account is active and you cannot log in, it could be due to the fact that you used the wrong username or password. Please note that your username is never your e-mail address. If you have forgotten your username, please log a ticket through this portal. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password on the eMS welcome page. Within a few minutes you should receive an automatic message to set up a new password. You can also log a ticket and SEUPB will change your password manually.
