The Xerox printer developed an error message saying 'Accounting out of Memory' and would not print jobs.  Rebooting the printer only allowed for one job to print and the error reappeared.


We downloaded a tool from Xerox support called 'JBA Client' to the D:\Software folder on the Equitrac server BELVTPRT01. 


Follow these instructions:

 

Click button 1 to connect and 2-3-4 in sequence. You should repeat the 2-3-4 sequence until 0 or 1 is displayed by clicking button 3.

If the Joblog is long, please do this process ten times and restart the printer. 

After that, you can open the printer's website through IP and confirm the error has disappeared.

If not, the firmware needs to be updated.

The device needs to be initialized on Equitrac after the error disappears on the printer.
