1. Check that your vpn is connected
2. Click the (^) in the bottom right of the laptop
3. Then click on the globe icon
4.Click on the top right 3 lines and click refresh connection to see if it works
5. If that doesn't work click on settings below the refresh connection button.
6. This screen should pop up can you make sure that both portals are on the system.
7. Also check if the right account is logged in on the bottom left hand just above sign out.
