To resolve the issue of a SUN account being locked from too many attempts you must first open the Virtual Machine for the INFORSUNS server. To do this open the Remote Desktop Connection application and search for the server, belvtsun02:

Once there click 'Connect' and you will be asked for a username and password. This would be your admin account you would put in here ('reidc-a' for example).

Once in, you will be connected to the server and a Virutal Machine into it should pop up. What we are looking for here is the User Manager application. There should be a shortcut for it as shown below:

Once you open it, another login page will appear. This time you must use the admin account for SUNS here. The user name and password can be found on KeePass:

Once on, you will have a database before you with all of the users who are using SUNS. For what we want we can look for the account we know is locked and see if it is indeed locked. Once we do, you will want to right-click on their name and select 'Edit User':

Clicking Edit will bring up a page where we can change their lock status in the bottom right. You can change it by clicking on the three dots next to their status:

Once there, just open the drop-down box and select Unlocked:

Now that you have it set, click 'OK', Save your changes and then that is the account unlocked.
