If there is ever a case where a person is unable to log into JEMS due to a OTP (One Time Passcode) in their inbox not appearing this can imply that the JEMS email account that automatically distributes them, jems@seupb.eu, has been stopped likely due to their password expiring. 


If this is the case, change the password and make sure to document it in KeePass before going through with the change.
